This site checks official city and county sources, turns meeting material into a structured plain-language summary, and links every meeting back to the government record.

What we publish

Version 1 covers Mitchell City Council meetings and Davison County Commission meetings. An agenda preview describes scheduled business. A minutes recap describes actions recorded after a meeting. We do not report an agenda item as approved unless the posted minutes support that statement.

Privacy boundary

Names may be included when they are relevant to the public proceedings. We do not republish phone numbers, email addresses, postal codes, or physical street addresses. Automated checks block those details from publication. Official source links remain available; the source documents may contain additional public-record information.

Accuracy

Summaries are generated with automated assistance and reviewed against the supplied source text. Government records can be amended, and extraction from PDFs is imperfect. The official agenda, packet, and minutes always control.

Updates

Sources are checked daily. When minutes are posted, an agenda preview can be replaced with a minutes recap while keeping the meeting’s stable page.
